My own creation the "oh no I have to leave for work in 2 minutes and I forgot to eat breakfast" smoothie

2 handfuls of Kale

3 handfuls of frozen fruit (my mix had pineapple, mango, strawberries & peaches)

1 banana

1/2 handful of raw almonds

1 TBSP flax seeds

1 cup Coconut Water
